Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
